At Sapphires you are assured our professional goldsmithing team will repair your jewellery precisely. We take pride in the finishing touches and our Master goldsmith inspects each jewellery item by microscope for quality control.
Repairs – 40+yrs Experience
Under the direction of our Master Goldsmith Thomas Steele, our goldsmithing team will take on the most challenging repairs including jobs that were not entertained elsewhere.

Appraisals
At Sapphires you can count on your jewellery being cleaned, inspected and appraised on the premises. Our on site appraisal services are provided by Thomas Steele. Tom has over 40 years gemology experience and is a Certified Diamond grader with GIA.
You can expect an accurate identification of your gemstones and jewellery. Tom will evaluate your diamonds for the 4C’s. You will be provided with an appraisal report according to your needs. Various reports include Insurance, Estate and Fair Market Value.
Tom can also evaluate any items you are considering selling for refine or Estate purposes. While you wait appraisals can be accommodated with an appointment.
Watch Repair
Our on site staff can replace batteries, watch crystals, pins, straps and clasps.
Internal mechanics/movement and internal parts will be repaired by our certified watch makers. Stop in to receive a quote. Internal technical revisions are a service we provide offsite. We work closely with our experienced watchmakers from the time you leave your watch, to communicating what is required for repair, to pick up.
We will take of everything from start to finish.
