The owners and staff are very friendly. They inspect my jewellery when I bring it in to make sure that it is in good condition and professionally clean the pieces for me. They are able to repair any jewellery that I take in. I know I can count on them because the staff is so meticulous about the work they do. Every piece comes back to me looking renewed. When I’m shopping they discuss my needs with me and are able to help find the perfect item. When my husband shops for me they remember the jewellery I love. I have brought friends from out of town to Sapphires from as far as Barrie because they love the unique selection and even had jewellery custom designed by Thomas.
